The white glove team showed up to my home 30 mins early and I hadn't remove the old sofa. They were kind and patient and allowed me to move it out of the area so they could move in the new sectional sofa. I'm a Barbie doll collector with 400 dolls on the wall. However, living in midtown the apartments are small so with that said, I didn't realize how big my sectional was, but these Fine gentleman took their time, apologized when the dolls fell off the wall and were careful with their set-up. I so appreciated the service they gave me especially in lieu of what we are facing with Corvid19. I took a chance and ordered my sectional online without feeling or seating on it at the warehouse and while it's slightly large for my apartment, I'm in love with it. The charcoal grey is rich, the sectional is sturdy and firm. I fell asleep on it today after it arrived and I love my sectional. Thank you my fine gentlemen for what you did for me today, I'm very appreciative of your service. Be safe, stay healthy- we need you our Essential Workers!
I was very happy with my purchase from 1StopBedrooms. The salesman, Simon, was very knowledgeable and personable. He told me I would receive my order in three to four weeks and it was delivered in three and a half. I'm already looking on what I want to buy next.

Simon was the best to find this hard to find office set. He was also able to confirm it is really present at their warehouses and will ship and not on back order. I look forwards to receiving my Union Hill office set. Simon was very helpful with courtesy to search for additional items that match the set. Thank you so much!

I bought a dinning set. The table was broken and after 6 month I bought it I'm still waiting for the set to arrive. I pay 3k for the set! They got my money and my product! I request a refund because i'm tired of waiting and they told me its not possible. I do not recommend this place to buy anything! I'm really upset and its really frustrating to call every week during 6 month and nobody giving an answer or an estimated date of delivery. Again, it's been half a year I bought it and i still dot get the product!
I was able to find everything I was looking for and more! Excited about the items and I look forward to receiving them!

Yes Oli B I would love to know the answer to that as well. They lie through their teeth to keep held your money for nothing. Absolutely insane!

I hope you got a refund. I disputed the charge with bank. My furniture was receive broken!

Yes they try to charge extra shipping cost days after you place order and pay in full.

They claim its certain areas and I wasn't advised that it wasn't free until my order processed. Complete rip offs

It worked very well for me i thought i got scamed for a min, had no choice to wait for delivery time, and actually got my stuff it's a good place to buy.

We purchased a living room set in January of this year and the checkout said free white glove delivery even when we put in our address. We completed the purchase then got a phone call from them and were told we had to pay for delivery and they would put a rush on it and we would get it in 3-4 weeks. Long story short we still don't have our furniture and we have called them multiple times to see when they are supposed to deliver our pieces and they keep telling us they will contact the white glove delivery people and someone will get back with us and they never had. The email we received said our expected delivery date was February 5 and today is February 25. We asked for a refund and were told they don't do refunds. Stay away from this company! They are liars and deceiving.
